OK, so the reality is I don't enjoy eating most vegetables that much and on WW you really need to eat veggies. Well, that and they are good for you. So, I made this recipe and it makes a great dip for low points and makes me WANT to eat veggies (well the veggies are a dip conduit but you get my drift).
1 - 17.6 oz container of 0% Fage Yogurt
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Seriously all you do it stir them together well and you are set.
If you ate the WHOLE 17.6 oz it is 9 Points Plus - divide it in four an it's 2 points a serving - BLISS.
Plus it actually gets better as it sits.
Soooo go eat some veggies!
