EATS: Crock-PotTurkey Chili

1 package fresh mushrooms, diced
1 large onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 1/3 pound uncooked 93% lean ground turkey
1 small can tomatoes
439 gm Goya Small white beans  (or other beans you like, or corn)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
(alter the seasoning toy our taste)

Put the canola oil in the crock-pot to grease all sides. (sometimes I skip this all together)
Dump everything but the tomatoes in the crock-pot and mix well.
Pour tomatoes over the top.
Set timer to low and walk away.

Can't tell you when it is "done" as I usually set this up before I leave for work so I let it go about 10 hours.  It should be "done in about 5 - 6".  Be sure to break up the meat with a spoon at the end.

Makes five 8 WW point portions.
